Nursery
We offer a morning Nursery for children who have turned 3 years old. Sessions are every morning between 08:45-11:45 and our lovely Nursery benefits from a large indoor and outdoor area. To apply for a Nursery place, please contact the School Office on 01206 864375 where our Office Team would be happy to help with forms. Once the child is ready to start, a stay and play session will be arranged.
Reception to Year 6
September admissions are processed through Essex County Council. Please use the link below to make a standard application for our Reception class.
Our mid-year applications are processed through the School Office. If you would like to move your child into Willow Brook, please phone the School Office on 01206 864375 in the first instance to check if there is a place available in that class. We will take some contact information and organise an application form to be sent to you. The outcome of your application will be sent within 15 school days.

Timetable for Appeals
National Offer day is Thursday 16th April 2026 where parents will be informed of the outcome of an application. If you appeal the school place your child has been offered your appeal will be heard at what is called a Hearing.

Your appeal request should state your reasons for your request and any additional information/documentation/appendices should be submitted five days before the Hearing to allow time for it to be copied and distributed to all the interested parties. At least 10 working days before your appeal, unless you choose to waive this right, you will be sent detailed information regarding the process and also the date and names of the independent panel members who will hear the appeal.
The school is unable to guarantee that any original work/evidence/folders, submitted as part of the appeal, will be returned. Appellants may wish to submit copies in advance and then take important original documents verifying evidence to the appeal.
